Reservation of the venue is confirmed only upon receipt of this signed terms & conditions sheet and 50% of the rental amount.
No refund policies.
Full & final payment, including the security deposit, shall be paid 15 days prior to the event date.
Failure to make full payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation after 3 reminder messages or calls.
Management reserves unconditional rights to allot the booking of the vacant venue on the same date to another client.
Venue timings shall be from 6 PM to the next day 4 PM for Surabhi Convention.
Venue timings for Ujjwal Lawn and Utsav Garden shall be 8 AM to the next day 6 AM. Extra hours will be charged at additional cost (25% for 12 hours and 50% for the full day).
A security deposit is required to cover any damages (post-event inspection), electricity bill (20 Rs/unit), fuel for the generator (100 Rs/Ltr), post-event cleaning expenses (8,000 Rs per venue) incurred during the rental period, and the balance shall be refunded within a week after the event.
Parking shall be mandatorily managed by the company with extra securities at extra cost.
Additional services such as catering, audiovisual equipment, or event management may be available upon request for additional fees/charges.
Kitchen usage instructions to be followed as per management.
Proper AC cooling will not be ensured while live food counters are placed in the convention hall.
Usage of high-end power equipment like sound, LED wall screens, special entries, and lights by clients/vendors shall not use our electrical sockets/panels, etc.
